SIG Adds Tyler Ellinger to its Austin Office

Austin, TX (December 15, 2017) – Sands Investment Group (SIG), the fastest growing net lease firm in the United States, has added Tyler Ellinger, Net Lease Advisor, to its Austin office. Ellinger joins SIG from Marcus & Millichap, where he was a highly-recognized performer in its Salt Lake City office and was a top 30 net lease agent for Marcus & Millichap (M&M) in 2016. Now at SIG, Ellinger will continue to achieve his client’s investment objectives while further expanding the firm’s reach into Salt Lake City and the Mountain West region.

Ellinger specializes in single tenant, multi-tenant and net-lease investment sales. To date, he has handled more than 100 transactions encompassing well-known national tenants that include: Jiffy Lube, Burger King, Jimmy John’s, Viva Chicken, Maverik, Shell, Advance Auto Parts, CVS, Dairy Queen, McDonald’s, Chili’s, Denny’s, Starbucks, OfficeMax, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Arby’s, Café Rio, Kum & Go, Family Dollar, Dollar General, US Bank, and Circle K.

Ellinger received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University – Hawaii and received a master’s in Business Administration from Westminster College. He began his career at Mayer Hoffman McCann, a public accounting firm.  Ellinger was named 2012 Rookie of the Year for Marcus & Millichap’s Salt Lake City office and received the Pace Setter award, a designation given by Marcus & Millichap to agents who perform certain high standards within their first four months with the firm. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, Ellinger received the Marcus & Millichap Sales Achievement award and the Most Closings award for the Salt Lake City office. In 2016 Tyler also received the firm’s National Achievement award and was also recognized in 2016 as a finalist for the Utah CCIM Investment Broker of the year.
