Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation’s fastest growing commercial real estate companies, is seeking a Transaction Manager to support our Sales Agents across 5 offices by managing all transaction processes and the SIG deal pipeline from listing to post-closing. The individual in this position will be extremely organized and have high attention to detail, ensuring minimal mistakes are made as well as develop systems and processes whereby regular communication with Agents is established in order to receive regular updates and maintain the master inventory of the company. This position is based in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Manage master inventory pipeline on micro level on a real-time basis
- Act as main point of contact for company-wide sales statistics and quantifications
- Provide pipeline reports and company-wide statistics to Manager
- Act as main point of contact on every deal from lead to post-closing
- Assist Agents with critical dates timeline for deals
- Assist Agents with “due diligence” links for deals
- Collaborate with Marketing to send Marketing Update Letters
- Update clients as necessary on deal-specific points
- Create offer summary for deals listed
- Create commission breakdown statements for closed deals
- Ensure Intake Forms get filled out via the intranet by Agents to adhere to SIG listing to close process
- Establish regular communication with agents to receive regular (weekly) pipeline updates
- Provide regular updates (daily) to Compliance Attorney to ensure compliance is being met on all deals where Compliance Attorney is involved
Ideal candidate has a background in real estate, escrow management, and/or transaction coordination. 3+ years of experience preferred. Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changes in software. Daily workload consists of heavy email, document preparation, electronic filing, cross referencing data, updating spreadsheets/CRM systems with changes, communicating with marketing and head of sales all status changes/updates. Ability to accurately track numerous, small changes required.
