With a career spanning decades, Paul has developed deep experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast food chains, and sit-down dining establishments. His comprehensive approach to commercial real estate services includes site selection, lease negotiations, and sales of land parcels and restaurant properties. Paul’s industry knowledge and strategic insights make him a trusted advisor for clients looking to secure prime locations and favorable transaction terms.

Before joining SIG, Paul held senior roles at Colliers International and Newmark, where he specialized in delivering strategic real estate solutions for hospitality and retail clients. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at Equitable Advisors, providing clients with guidance on investment planning and financial management, which further enhances his ability to address the financial considerations of commercial real estate deals.
