Joe Lombardo and the Shopping Center Team were paramount in getting this deal across the finish line. We had this property going under contract right when the Fed started raising rates. When the original buyer fell out due to lender re-trading, the team was able to source multiple backup offers. We were then able to get it back under contract right away with the best group.
