Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation’s fastest growing commercial real estate companies, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our Charleston headquarters. This position will report directly to the Founder & CEO of SIG and be integral to his brokerage team. The right candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry and possess a skill set in all aspects of the business. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative company and work directly with SIG’s top producer and Founder.

Duties/Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee and manage communication with clients and prospective buyers. Track all communication in CRM;
  • Prepare and oversee the distribution of key documents including: Proposals, Listing and Rep Agreements, LOIs, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Closing documents and Marketing Update Letters;
  • Generate listing activity reports (deal tracking);
  • Manage escrows on behalf of CEO;
  • Complete systems and processes already in place for all listings (e.g. intake forms, compliance and communication to Operations and Marketing Teams);
  • Create and manage CEO’s weekly call list including lead generating/prospect list;
  • Maintain and oversee Founder & CEO’s CRM database;
  • Research and build database;
  • Work with the Marketing Team to create and oversee marketing schedule for each listing;
  • Participate in weekly Company Meetings and weekly Role Play meeting. Participate in lead generating calls with CEO;
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary to support the CEO.

Training and Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, outgoing, dynamic individual that is ready to hit the ground running
  • Impeccable attention to detail, highly organized and master at follow up. Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision;
  • Tech savvy – experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, research platforms including Google, CoStar, LoopNet and CRM databases. Experience in Adobe and Photoshop a plus;
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Maintain high level of energy and thrive in a team environment;
  • Genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry and a passion to learn;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry and Real Estate license required.
