Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation’s fastest growing commercial real estate companies, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Owner and President of the company. Headquartered in Charleston, SC with 5 offices across the country, we’re looking for someone to support the effective operation of SIG and the acquisition and retention of clients by facilitating communication with all people who come in contact the President. The individual in this role will Act as “gate keeper” to the President ensuring that all non-essential communication goes through this position first as well as create and execute processes and systems to ensure that the President is operating at the highest and most strategic level possible.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of President
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar on behalf of President
  • Manage incoming and outbound phone calls and conferences
  • Arrange travel
  • Scan, file and organize necessary paperwork
  • Act as master of follow up and gate-keeper on President’s behalf
  • Complete ad hoc personal requests as needed

Past experience as an Executive Assistant is required. A candidate who has a background in Commercial Real Estate is preferred and one who has their real estate license is a plus (though not required).
