Bojangles – Edgefield Road

Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits is a Southeastern regional chain of fast food restaurants with over 680 locations in 12 Southeast and mid-Atlantic states. Bojangles’ specializes in spicy, “Cajun” fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits. The company was founded in Charlotte in 1977 by Jack Fulk and Richard Thomas. In April 2015, the company filed with the US regulator for an initial public offering of its common stock, expecting to raise $372 million. Bojangles’ is a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: SOJA) with 24 consecutive quarters of system­wide comparable store sales growth.

Bojland Restaurant Group, Inc. is a family operator of Bojangles’ restaurants in Georgia and South Carolina. Active for over 14 years, they currently operate 10 stores.

In 2015 Bojland Restaurant Group, Inc. was named as the “Outstanding Small Operator of the Year” by Bojangles’ parent corporation.
