The tenant/operator, KB Enterprises LLC operates 32 locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Kansas. KB Enterprises has owned and operated KFC stores since 1993 and they are currently remodeling all of their stores to reflect a more modern, fast-casual appearance.
