Sands Investment Group Expands Into Capital Markets With Miguel Jauregui Joining the Firm as Managing Director of Capital Markets

LOS ANGELES, CA | November 1, 2023 – Sands Investment Group (SIG) is pleased to announce that Miguel Jauregui has joined SIG as the Managing Director of Capital Markets. Miguel will be based out of SIG’s Los Angeles office, where he will contribute his expertise spanning over a decade in commercial real estate, specializing in comprehensive debt analysis.

Before joining SIG, Miguel served as the Director of Capital Markets at SAB Capital, leading the debt advisory division from its inception in 2020. During his tenure at SAB Capital, Miguel oversaw nearly $350 million of debt placements on over 150 investment properties across the country with an aggregate value of nearly $600 million. Prior to SAB Capital, Miguel worked at Wells Fargo as a Commercial Real Estate Banker in New York City and held Director positions at two boutique investment sales brokerages. Throughout his career, Miguel has worked on over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions across all sectors including retail, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality.
