With a wealth of experience in commercial real estate investment, Jonathan brings a proven track record of success to the firm’s Los Angeles office.

In addition to specializing in the acquisition and disposition of net leased properties, Jonathan specializes in 1031 exchanges for high-net-worth clients transitioning from multifamily properties to stabilized, well-located net lease investments. Over the years, he has built key relationships with many LA based multifamily property owners and brokers, establishing himself as the go-to advisor for clients seeking to exchange multifamily properties into triple-net (NNN) investments. His expertise in facilitating these strategic transitions has helped clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Before joining SIG, Jonathan spent nearly six years at Marcus & Millichap, where he advised clients on complex net lease deals, and complicated 1031 exchanges. His ability to craft tailored investment strategies has earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional client results.
