Sands Investment Group Announces Thomas Gorman as Managing Director of New Philadelphia Office

Philadelphia, PA (September 11, 2019) — Sands Investment Group (SIG) is pleased to announce that Thomas Gorman has joined the firm as managing director of the new Philadelphia office slated to open in October 2019.

Gorman comes to SIG from CBRE, where he served as the senior vice president, specializing in sourcing debt for top investment clients. He brings a wealth of net lease investment and business-building experience to Sands Investment Group having also held former positions at Marcus & Millichap as a regional manager, managing their Washington D.C. office and launching their Boston office. He will play an integral role in launching SIG’s new office in Philadelphia, as well as building a team to serve the commercial real estate opportunity in the Northeast United States.
